I was very impressed with Shirley at Apple Self Storage. She is a pleasure to deal with. She explained all the details and took the time to give me a tour of the facility and the different sizes available. It's very clean and tidy, well lit, and the temperature of the building is consistent throughout. The loading bay is covered making loading and offloading very convenient, rain or shine. The service and rates were the best in the area. Tom the new Site Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful which adds a tremendous benefit to this location. I highly recommend this new location. This facility is so friendly and helpful. I have used Apple Storage in the past and when I found out this was managed by them I knew I was in good hands. Dealing with Luisa whom is the site manager was an absolute pleasure and she made it a stress free sign up. She put me in a unit really close to the elevators so that it would be easy for my move when I asked about boxes she had a whole display out in front and even gave me a discount for spending over $40! Good and HELPFUL customer service is rare to find so I wouldn’t look any further, this is an amazing location.
