Went into Apple Storage and was greeted by Jerry who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get me a great deal on a unit on the first floor and gave me a tour of the building. The indoor heated loading docks are definitely a plus and the building is only a few years old with a lot of great features I haven't seen in other buildings. Overall a very pleasant and efficient experience. I had a storage unit at a competitor across the street and this was worlds better, definitely recommend.

Came in looking for a last minute storage solution in the area, and came by Apple Self Storage as one of my stops. Alisha, who assisted us through the whole process was very knowledgeable and very courteous to our needs and gave us the information we needed in finding a storage unit. Ended up choosing Apple to store our things due to the value and amenities provided, as well as a peace of mind with security.

Based on google reviews, I chose Apple Self Storage due to cleanliness, and ease of access. They did not disappoint. I dealt with Alisha who was very helpful, accommodating, and returned calls and emails same day. The place was always well-lit, very clean, with plenty of access to dollies for convenience. I recently stored some items in a 10' X 10' at Apple Self Storage in Leaside as I moved from Roncesvales to my house in Riverdale. Alisha was there to help me and she was fantastic, courteous, very informative, gave clear instructions and just a very nice all round person. The facilities were easy to navigate, spotless, well lit, and perfect climate control. The loading/unloading areas were operationally simple and effective with easy access to dollies for moving and easy to open interior doors and elevators with the wave of a hand. I have been a Toronto resident for 36 years and have moved all over - this has been the best storage experience I have had. Thank you Alisha and thank you to that nice other gentleman (name forgotten) when we closed the rental.

Sparklingly clean, including the washrooms. Indoor, heated loading bays. When you have an issue or need an answer, Jerry, the manager, responds right away and deals with it. You can tell the pride the staff have in this facility and their customer satisfaction.

We don't live in Canada, so we can't just go down to the locker on a moment's notice, so when things have happened with the locker (even moving locations!) the staff at Apple have helped us out. The price could be lower. The facilities are new, clean and easy to access. There is an indoor garage section you can park in from the back entrance lot, first come, first serve. Once you've entered your codes at the main gate entrance at the back lot, you have to get out of your car, push a button by the red walk-in door to open or close said garage door since does not open automatically. Fits 3 SUVs and 2 moving trucks. There are bathrooms inside you can use, by inputting your personal codes. The staff is nice with regular office hours and the actual storage hours are 5am-11pm every day.

So I requested 8x10 through their online booking and right after I received an email and the next day I called the store for when I can come by to check the unit. I talked to Alisha through the phone and she is very friendly and helpful especially when I couldn't come by she assisted me through email to get the unit I want. And just like that, I have my unit (10x10) so yes if anyone interested to do it online when you are not able to come by the store, Alisha will guide you through it in a flash. She is fantastic! I am so impressed by the level of customer service and definitely would recommend to friends and family!
