Every time I had a payment issue or storage question for my belongings, she was really quick to answer, provided the basic information to resolve my issues and always was cordial and polite in all of my conversations with her (without exception) - and I am extremely demanding but polite about it. Needed a storage unit in a hurry - it might have been a bit more expensive than some of the other suppliers, but they have LOTS of units. The staff was super friendly - Patsy was so helpful. She walked us around the facility, pointed out the differences of the units we were considering. The place is clean, climate controlled, and has pest control (I noticed the boxes). When we booked, she explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure we understood the process. Would recommend.

The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

My Apple Self Storage experience at the Saint John, NB, North location has been excellent. I have had some great deals on both of my units which I signed up for online, thus getting really good web rates. Payment has very easy through e-transfer and my rates have not increased yet since I signed up  in 2022. Though there will eventually be an increase in the fall, it is a very small increase and certainly more than fair considering that your costs have increased as well and will increase again here and there.  It's also good to have plenty of notice because I have plenty of time to plan ahead for that increase in price. I love having 24 hour, 7 days a week access and my unit is very safe and secure. My unit is a great size , not only allowing me to store valuable things of my own, but also things I have purchased for friends of mine who are less fortunate, until I can give these things to them when its good for them, as I myself live in a somewhat small dwelling and wouldn't normally be able to keep that amount of stuff in there. Finally, I would like to say that I have been treated  incredibly well by the manager, David Wells. He was a great help when I applied because I was experiencing some difficulty with the application process, because I was new to e-transfers and online payments, and I wasn't properly prepared; that was on me. He even went as far as to contact me when I left my storage unit unlocked once because I forgot to slide the latch to right before I put my combination lock on, and I gave him the combination. He unlocked the lock and then slid the latch over and locked it back up, though at my request he also took a picture of the contents of my unit and sent it tom via email to show that all of my stuff was still there. He also gave me great deal on an alternative unit when the second unit I signed up for had an issue when he went to inspect it, to make up for the inconvenience.  He is always very friendly, sociable and approachable and I am always able to see him in his office during business hours and get answers to any questions I may have. I think that if it were feasible, he should be overseeing multiple sites in Saint John because I feel he is absolutely fantastic at his job. Thank You, Jason Belyea Saint John, New Brunswick

Then - I received notice last minute that my delivery was arriving from Toronto on a holiday. They were closed at the office until the day after my truck was due to arrive and I had yet to get in to grab the keys to my unit. The perfect storage solution! We made a long distance move and needed a convenient and safe storage space for a few months. The entire process from selecting the right size unit, setting up automatic payment, and unloading our things, was smooth and efficient. The facility is clean and secure. Probably the best self storage facility in halifax, mainly because of its location in Chebucto Road which is really convenient, compared to U haul in bayers lake. The Facilities itself could be a bit hard to find at first but overall its really secure building with two entrances with cameras everywhere. You could enter through the office or a big garage type entrance good for vehicles with a keypad to enter. Sometimes I am concern when I show up to get some personal belongings and the door is wide open. Once inside there is another door with a keypad and several carts to carry heavy items (also you have to purchase your own locks for your unit).

On Friday May 2/23 I finally made a decision to go check out storages. The 2nd one I went to was Apple Self Storage. I noticed a sign called the # and Jenn answered as well as offered to come show me the units . . like right than on the spot, that was amazing!! Than when Jenn arrived she had her daughter first thing I thought was "this has to be an understanding facility!" Jenn was super as she was not distracted was able to show me all size units, in no rush & even wrote down all the info for me as well as answered some my questions twice without hesitation as I'm in the habit of double being sure. Ty ty Jenn! Than on Monday June 5th/23 I got a call from Korry asking if I was still interested & made sure I knew that if I was too busy it could wait til tomorrow yet I assured him I was coming in that day. When I went to pay for a unit, I met Korry another awesome employee who gave me the load on all I needed to know & he too had no hesitations answering my questions twice. An offer was suggested & throughout the week I had not gotten to it so naturally I called the office to inform Korry that I hadn't gotten to it yet mind I would for sure. He was so understanding & in my situation that was SO helpful ty Korry. I also have to say that these guys are so easy to deal with because by the last weekend of the month I realized I was needed a bigger unit. I called the office Korry answered, he was able to adjust everything over the phone so that I could switch over on the weekend & just come in on my regular time to pay. That for me made a big smile on my face & I cannot thank him enough. He also informed me who'd be working as he was off when I had to come in. And can you believe I was sent a ty email when really it's me who has to thank them for their; patiences, understanding, empathy & all greating me with a smile. When I went in on Tuesday to pay I met Sandra another great staff member who also had no issues explain stuff to me without hesitation ty. And can you believe this facility even had a appreciation Day for their customers!!!! Apple storage has made my life a little less stressful which has been the only easy part of my stressful year. Thank you ty thank you ty to ALL of YOU employed at Apple it really helps to have your's kind helping people like in my situation. See yous soon!!

It's climate controlled but also impeccably well maintained. The movers were also well-pleased with the option of closed in docks. In my opinion Apple Storage is an exceptional storage facility. I have had my belongings there for two years and have been met with nothing but a professional experience. The manager Keli, is friendly and approachable and keeps the facility well run, clean and organized. Every day she or her staff check units to make sure they are properly locked. She or her staff are onsite 6 days a week 9-5. The units range in size from 10 x 24, 10 x 20, 10 x 10 and 5 x 5 perfect sizes for a boat, a car or a trailer and the facility is more than competitive in pricing. The units are on an initial concrete pad of 3 inches then an additional pad of 1 inch. This prevents any possibility of flooding but also allows for air circulation, as does the insulated ceiling, which also prevents excess cold or heat in the units. All of this also prevents mould growth and rust formation because it blocks the formation of moisture. The units are in impeccable condition with 0 rust anywhere. End units are on beams 8 inches off the ground for air circulation. The facility is gated with an entry key pad and there are security cameras everywhere on the premises. There are indoor heated units as well. There is strict rodent control with black box traps and traps also placed at the back fence to a grassy field to stop rodents from entering the facility. The pavement slopes toward storm drains to prevent flooding. There are lights at the outside of the corridor units to allow for night work. If you find you need packing supplies they have that too. If your belongings are worth storing, they're worth storing in the right place.

Great staff, very easy check in and storage! We got the 5x5 smallest unit and it fits all of our bins! The place is secure and safe. Cathy was a pleasure to deal with! Would definitely recommend.

Has been fairly easy to access rented unit and the site is very convenient location. Not sure how often self-storage may be necessary after this current period, but would definitely rent again with Apple Self-Storage. First time renting a storage unit so I have no other experience for comparison yet no doubts so far with choosing Apple.
