Had an excellent experience here! Needed a storage unit quickly so I called Apple Self Storage as it was the best option I could find based on price and location. Rachel was incredibly helpful every step of the way and encouraged me to stop by and visit the facility. Getting the unit was easy, got a tour of the place and and was all set up promptly. The staff are kind, the place is clean and organized and super easy to access with your code. Would highly recommend!! Thanks Rachel!

Melissa is awesome. Every time I had a payment issue or storage question for my belongings, she was really quick to answer, provided the basic information to resolve my issues and always was cordial and polite in all of my conversations with her (without exception) - and I am extremely demanding but polite about it. I have been a tenant with Apple for over 20 years in Dieppe NB Canada. Simply put, I love talking with her because she is full of positive energy. Why can't we work more with people like her. I recently needed storage for the first time. Apple on St Mary’s was highly recommended by a friend. He was 100% correct. The facility is perfect for my needs and Heather made the rental process amazingly easy. I recommend Apple without hesitation.

Highly recommend. Great staff, clean lockers. Had to do multiple moves, multiple lockers needed, easy 24hr access.

Called in to Apple Storage first thing Monday morning, by noon that day , Jennifer had not only secured me a unit, but actually found me one more suited to my needs, for a Great price. Service was excellent, right up to snow removal for access to unit on the spot. With its 24 hour access and great service it’s a no brainer to choose Apple Storage.

In my opinion Apple Storage is an exceptional storage facility. I have had my belongings there for two years and have been met with nothing but a professional experience. The manager Keli, is friendly and approachable and keeps the facility well run, clean and organized. Every day she or her staff check units to make sure they are properly locked. She or her staff are onsite 6 days a week 9-5. The units range in size from 10 x 24, 10 x 20, 10 x 10 and 5 x 5 perfect sizes for a boat, a car or a trailer and the facility is more than competitive in pricing. The units are on an initial concrete pad of 3 inches then an additional pad of 1 inch. This prevents any possibility of flooding but also allows for air circulation, as does the insulated ceiling, which also prevents excess cold or heat in the units. All of this also prevents mould growth and rust formation because it blocks the formation of moisture. The units are in impeccable condition with 0 rust anywhere. End units are on beams 8 inches off the ground for air circulation. The facility is gated with an entry key pad and there are security cameras everywhere on the premises. There are indoor heated units as well. There is strict rodent control with black box traps and traps also placed at the back fence to a grassy field to stop rodents from entering the facility. The pavement slopes toward storm drains to prevent flooding. There are lights at the outside of the corridor units to allow for night work. If you find you need packing supplies they have that too. If your belongings are worth storing, they're worth storing in the right place.

Stored my things here for three years. Staff were always friendly, property was always clean, well lit and all facets always worked. Never had any issue getting into or out of the property and zero problems with the unit where my belongings were stored. Management were quick to respond to emails and voice mails and rapidly acted on any issues they deemed a security risk.

The lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and very helpful. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to all my friends and family. Will continue to do business here.

Highly recommend! This is my first experience with a storage facility. I moved in during the day the office was closed and the staff member assisting me went above/beyond to ensure I was able to move in that day. It was easy to unload my car in their unloading area with quick access to the entrance making the moving process that much easier. Apple Self Storage has been amazing, it's clean, temperature-controlled, and easily accessible. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and have gone above/beyond each time speaking with them.

I was very impressed with Shirley at Apple Self Storage. She is a pleasure to deal with. She explained all the details and took the time to give me a tour of the facility and the different sizes available. It's very clean and tidy, well lit, and the temperature of the building is consistent throughout. The loading bay is covered making loading and offloading very convenient, rain or shine. The service and rates were the best in the area. Tom the new Site Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful which adds a tremendous benefit to this location. I highly recommend this new location. Thank you!

The folks at Centron self storage go above and beyond in terms of staff, service, and facilities. They gave us a thorough tour and instructions. I love how they’re able to accept deliveries for us. Speaking of above and beyond, today a pallet of our stuff came two days early and they unloaded and brought it up to our unit. By no means is this a service they offer but that act was so generous of them to do.

Very good customer service. Clean storage and their manger Kathy is very helpful. Every time she goes above and beyond to get me what I need.
