We found Milena to be very friendly and professional during our interaction obtaining our side-by-side storage lockers with eyesight to the loading ramp. Super convenient. The facility itself is well maintained and spotless. Loading ramps are large, spacious and bright. Washrooms, while somewhat dated and in need some minor repair, are otherwise kept very clean and fresh. There could be a few more carts for convenience when there is a large move at the ramps, however, if you have your own, bring it as well. It’s will help out a lot. As well, we have downloaded the keyless entry app so you only show your phone on entry, but have yet to try. It will be very convenient indeed. In summary the little things mentioned do not detract in anyway to how nice the facility and how friendly and helpful the staff are and we strongly recommend!!

Apple Self Storage in Goderich is the premiere storage facility to choose. Kim and Kay (owners) are known affectionately as KitKat by their customers and they are so personable and helpful. They took my email notice and allowed me to move out seamlessly. They always have candy and a friendly greeting at the front desk. Storage supplies are available on site for a fair price. The facility is easy to access, clean and convenient. 5 stars for great service! I will be using them again sometime I am sure.

The price could be lower. The facilities are new, clean and easy to access. There is an indoor garage section you can park in from the back entrance lot, first come, first serve. Once you've entered your codes at the main gate entrance at the back lot, you have to get out of your car, push a button by the red walk-in door to open or close said garage door since does not open automatically. Fits 3 SUVs and 2 moving trucks. There are bathrooms inside you can use, by inputting your personal codes. The staff is nice with regular office hours and the actual storage hours are 5am-11pm every day.

The ease of accommodation and convenience of not having any elevators to deal with was great. The manager Barb was very communicative about any discount offers they have from time to time, and the amount I would be charged. I truly enjoyed having my belongings stored there.

You have the right business model. —More units, lower cost —Friendly reception; actually took the time to direct me to my unit, then met there to open it up to be sure I was satisfied. —Open Saturdays! My unit is more of a Holiday Inn than a Hilton, but I don’t think my stuff cares. It’s a large facility, clean and very secure. It’s also 73% less (non-discounted) than what I was paying for the same size unit, but took a drive up rather than one inside the facility. Which would have still been half the cost. I also took advantage of the Promotion for new customers. So far, so good. It was worth the move. ?? BTW - I gave four stars because I rarely give five. Nobody’s perfect. ?

She put our unit size on hold for us as we weren’t going to be in the area right away, and stayed on the phone until we got our confirmation email. Her friendly demeanour was so refreshing compared to lots of other companies we had inquired with earlier.
