Super Clean, friendly and helpful Staff. I was new to storage and quite stressed and on the intake not only they(Jennifer) made me feel comfortable, but also recommended the right size and saved me money. They also went as far to verify my lock. Now on move out day, Jeff, was very helpful, saw me waiting for my movers and came to make sure everything is great. I would highly recommend them. You are in good hands.

I recently rented a 5x10 storage locker and overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. The facility is great, with clean and secure storage units. The front desk person was incredibly welcoming, which made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. I'm happy with the price I got for the storage unit, though it did change a few times between reserving online and receiving the final receipt, which was a bit confusing. While the storage itself met my expectations, the bathrooms were less impressive. Out of the two available, one was out of toilet paper and the other lacked hand soap. Despite these minor issues, I am pleased with the storage facility and would recommend it to others for its cleanliness, security, and friendly staff.

At a time when it seems like people are just terrible to one another, This place has re-instated some of my faith in humanity. I have had nothing but wonderful interactions with all of the staff here. The front desk has gone above and beyond to be welcoming, and personable, and has made me feel nothing but comfortable and well-informed when it comes to using this place as a self-storage. From my first interaction with the call center to my most recent call with the front desk today, I have had great experiences with everyone, and it's quite commendable and remarkable. If you're unsure of whether or not to go with this place I say go for it 10/10 would reccomend it.

I just started working for a company where I’m consistently at this self storage picking up and dropping off shipments. I don’t have much experience with knowing the process of having a storage unit but Jeff has been going above and beyond with giving me a walk through tutorial from asking to get the key to properly organizing garbage and pallets at the front. He’s been patient and kind and would definitely recommend going to him with any questions or concerns you have. Now I feel more confident and comfortable coming to this location knowing what I need to do and doing it the right way.
