Melissa is awesome. Every time I had a payment issue or storage question for my belongings, she was really quick to answer, provided the basic information to resolve my issues and always was cordial and polite in all of my conversations with her (without exception) - and I am extremely demanding but polite about it. I have been a tenant with Apple for over 20 years in Dieppe NB Canada. Simply put, I love talking with her because she is full of positive energy. Why can't we work more with people like her. After a very long drive from Halifax we arrived late at our storage facility due to the storm we drove through, with 2 U-hauls and hired movers ready to unload, only to discover it was closed. The sign also indicated they would be closed the next day. In a moment of pure panic I decided to try the emergency number posted in the window. As soon as I heard the friendly voice on the other end of the line I knew everything would be okay. Angie came straight to the depot, several hours after they had closed, with a smile on her face. She was incredibly compassionate and helpful, and somehow did not seem in the least bit annoyed that she was there on her off time. She mentioned how much she enjoyed her job, which was apparent throughout our entire interaction. When I asked about the beautiful furniture pieces in the office she explained she wanted the space to feel warm and not so transactional as these were people’s beloved belongings. I know an exceptional employee when I see one, and that is Angie. She went above and beyond for us, and I can tell she does this regularly. I can’t possibly thank her enough and I want to make sure her higher ups recognize the star they have in her!

Great staff and friendly service. This is my second time with Apple Self Storage and all my belongings are always safe without any worry.

Highly recommend. Great staff, clean lockers. Had to do multiple moves, multiple lockers needed, easy 24hr access.

The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

Clean well maintained and quality units. If I ever need them in the future I'm using them.

I have used Apple Self Storage twice and haven’t had any issues. Good customer service, clear facility, and good location for us! May be a little pricey.

I rented a small storage unit here for a short period, and overall it was a great experience. Courtney at the front desk was very helpful, and it was super convenient to be able to pull into the garage and move my items straight to the unit. The only drawback is that they don’t provide a lock, and purchasing one on site is quite expensive ($25 for a standard pods lock), so I recommend bringing your own. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely use their services again.

Probably the best self storage facility in halifax, mainly because of its location in Chebucto Road which is really convenient, compared to U haul in bayers lake. The Facilities itself could be a bit hard to find at first but overall its really secure building with two entrances with cameras everywhere. You could enter through the office or a big garage type entrance good for vehicles with a keypad to enter. Sometimes I am concern when I show up to get some personal belongings and the door is wide open. Once inside there is another door with a keypad and several carts to carry heavy items (also you have to purchase your own locks for your unit).

Being able to access the unit until 11 PM has been extremely helpful and convenient for my schedule. I also find the storage rental rates to be fair and reasonable. Highly recommended!

What an accommodating place! We have been renting here for four months and needed to switch to a bigger unit and Fraya made it so easy and stress free! They even have carts to use to get your stuff switched and she made sure it was as close as possible to our previous one! Our stuff feels safe and secure behind the fences and the roadway is always clear and easy to get to. What a great experience! We’re so glad we chose Apple Storage!

It goes without saying that Ross, Jonathan, and all the staff at Apple Storage have significantly improved the facilities, communication, and everything in between. We registered our storage locker with Irish and it was an extremely smooth and easy process. Very helpful and friendly service. They lockers are clean and spacious.
