Extremely impressed with the facility. It is extremely secure with 24 hr video surveillance and very friendly staff. Everyone has their own code to enter the exterior gate and inside loading docks with makes things easy for accessing. They offer dolly's to move your items to your locker which is very handy. The facility itself is extremely clean and well lit so you feel safe accessing your locker. I definitely recommend Apple Self Storage.

Needed a storage unit in a hurry - it might have been a bit more expensive than some of the other suppliers, but they have LOTS of units. The staff was super friendly - Patsy was so helpful. She walked us around the facility, pointed out the differences of the units we were considering. The place is clean, climate controlled, and has pest control (I noticed the boxes). When we booked, she explained everything in detail and took the time to make sure we understood the process. Would recommend.

Friendly, quick, and efficient, they made it easy to get a unit, access our unit, and cancel our unit. Anytime we spoke to someone they were always polite, respectful and worked to earn trust. If more companies took a page out of their book and did business this way life would be a lot less stressful. As far as pricing goes, they were slightly under the average, but even if others are cheaper, we'd still come back to these guys due to the experience.

Really friendly and helpful service from Michelle. The location is ideal for storing college move-in items before my daughter starts at Dalhousie. Facility is clean and secure.

I highly recommend this company as a single mom that was going through a move alone they made sure that I was fully knowledgeable of all the rules as well as went out of their way to make sure I had access to store my things after hours. Truly amazing customer service. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend to anybody I know that needs to store things as well as they have trucks available if needed.

We were very impressed with Samantha at Apple Self Storage Richmond Hill. She is a pleasure to deal with. She explained all the details and took us for a tour of the facility. Everything is very clean and tidy, well lit, and the temperature of the building is very consistent throughout. The entry door/bay is protected from the elements, making loading and offloading very convenient, rain or shine. The rates were the best in the area. We chose our unit and we highly recommend this new location.

Polly was super friendly and gave such a clear and detailed introduction to the storage options! Really appreciated her helpful attitude and positive energy.

He showed me all the storage options that matched the sizes I needed and was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout. I really appreciated how dedicated he was to explaining every detail clearly. He even took the time to understand what I needed the storage for, which helped him recommend the best locations for my situation. The facility itself is impressive: great prices, convenient access hours, very clean with no unpleasant odors, and equipped with modern technology. Although I didn’t rent a unit this time because I realized I need a larger space than I originally thought, I definitely plan to return soon. When I’m ready to move forward, I’ll be heading straight back to their office.
