David was absolutely wonderful to work with! He ensured we understood all the details about accessing the facility and our unit, and providing stellar customer service.

Honestly the most inviting experience! David, who was filling for Jarrid, was amazing! So nice and told everything you could think of. A definite 10 out of 10 experience!

We have rented a locker from Lighthouse Self Storage for almost 3 years now and feel very secure with their entry/exit and overall security protocols. Great people to deal with.

I have used Apple Self Storage twice and haven’t had any issues. Good customer service, clear facility, and good location for us! May be a little pricey.

I rented a small storage unit here for a short period, and overall it was a great experience. Courtney at the front desk was very helpful, and it was super convenient to be able to pull into the garage and move my items straight to the unit. The only drawback is that they don’t provide a lock, and purchasing one on site is quite expensive ($25 for a standard pods lock), so I recommend bringing your own. Other than that, everything went smoothly and I’d definitely use their services again.

Biggest gripe is that the rent increases at what seems to be 10 months, and couldn't get a discount during the 2020 pandemic

We found Milena to be very friendly and professional during our interaction obtaining our side-by-side storage lockers with eyesight to the loading ramp. Super convenient. The facility itself is well maintained and spotless. Loading ramps are large, spacious and bright. Washrooms, while somewhat dated and in need some minor repair, are otherwise kept very clean and fresh. There could be a few more carts for convenience when there is a large move at the ramps, however, if you have your own, bring it as well. It’s will help out a lot. As well, we have downloaded the keyless entry app so you only show your phone on entry, but have yet to try. It will be very convenient indeed. In summary the little things mentioned do not detract in anyway to how nice the facility and how friendly and helpful the staff are and we strongly recommend!!

Great customer service. Easy access to my belongings while I used their storage facility. I felt my stuff was safe and secure and the unit looked the same from day 1 of storage to over 3 months later. Nothing shifted , the unit was sealed tightly. Highly recommend.

Customer service has always been great and our stored belongings have stayed safe and dry. No complaints! Location is convenient as well.

They explained all the lease terms in detail and helped me find the storage unit that best suited my needs. The whole process was very efficient and stress-free. Secondly, the facilities themselves are first-class. The storage unit is clean, dry and well ventilated, so you don't have to worry about items getting wet or damaged. The most important thing is that security is in place. There is a strict access control system in and out, and 24-hour video surveillance makes me feel very at ease about the stored items. Apple self storage is a great storage facility. The staff are all wonderful to deal with. Open communication, professionalism and just a friendly and pleasant group of individuals. I have been renting a unit for over a year with absolutely no issues thus far. Pricing could be a little cheaper on their larger units but all and all I highly recommend them.

I had to deal with such unfortunate circumstances in my personal life and Silvio was a blessing in disguise. He was not only extremely helpful but also professional and went above and beyond his duties by accommodating me to alleviate stress during the difficult situation I was facing. I cannot begin to thank him enough. He helped me in such a crucial time in my life as I dealt with unexpected challenges and made me feel comfortable by being compassionate towards my situation.
