The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

Biggest gripe is that the rent increases at what seems to be 10 months, and couldn't get a discount during the 2020 pandemic

We found Milena to be very friendly and professional during our interaction obtaining our side-by-side storage lockers with eyesight to the loading ramp. Super convenient. The facility itself is well maintained and spotless. Loading ramps are large, spacious and bright. Washrooms, while somewhat dated and in need some minor repair, are otherwise kept very clean and fresh. There could be a few more carts for convenience when there is a large move at the ramps, however, if you have your own, bring it as well. It’s will help out a lot. As well, we have downloaded the keyless entry app so you only show your phone on entry, but have yet to try. It will be very convenient indeed. In summary the little things mentioned do not detract in anyway to how nice the facility and how friendly and helpful the staff are and we strongly recommend!!

Once set up, our process went smoothly and storage area is convenient to us.

I simply cannot fault the team here at Apple Storage Leaside, especially Alisha! Alisha is the queen of all things storage in Toronto. She was so helpful, gave me great advice on what size storage that I needed. Plus, she answers the phone. So cool to be able to speak someone! Don't bother looking for storage elsewhere, you have found Storage heaven right here in Leaside, that is run by the best team in Toronto. Shout out to Joe and Abdul for their help as well.

Both of them were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make my move-in smooth and stress-free. I was very impressed with Shirley at Apple Self Storage. She is a pleasure to deal with. She explained all the details and took the time to give me a tour of the facility and the different sizes available. It's very clean and tidy, well lit, and the temperature of the building is consistent throughout. The loading bay is covered making loading and offloading very convenient, rain or shine. The service and rates were the best in the area. Tom the new Site Manager is very knowledgeable and helpful which adds a tremendous benefit to this location. I highly recommend this new location. Thank you!

The facility is very clean and goes beyond average storage. Security is throughout so I have no concern keeping my valuables here. Ricky went beyond to ensure us on any issues we have. 100% recommend!

We recently rented a locker here. Excellent customer service. If you meet Simon allow yourself some extra time. Very very nice friendly guy. He is part of the reason we chose this location. After moving our stuff in I do have a comment about the flooring. Lots of bumps and if you pile your cart high you may lose stuff. Freight elevator is nice and large but can be a bit tricky to operate, assuming the last people closed all the doors. They have carts to use age Simon even brought me a bottle of water. Nice place
