The prices here were also so much better than storage units in the area. The place is super clean and feels very secure with each unit having its own alarm. Every unit comes with climate control and Ben even told me that if i pay for the full year i can secure my rate, unlike other places who can only offer their rates on a month to month basis. 10/10 recommend.

Bonnie, Sara and Amber have always been professional, and so helpful providing me with the best customer service and I'm truly grateful that this facility is so close to my new home. Apple Self Storage - Oakville is a great facility. The location right off the QEW is perfect, the lockers are kept in great condition and they have a variety of sizes depending on what you need. The facility is also very well-maintained, which is not always the case with self storage! Bonnie and the rest of her staff are always friendly, polite and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again!

I’ve used this apple storage twice now, and both times had the same experience. An exceptional, well maintained, clean and safely operated place to keep my belongings. Run by helpful and the absolute kindest people around, their attention to detail and kindness in helping you find something that can work for you is incredible. I have never been so confident that my belongings would be taken care of in a storage unit as I do with this wonderful team of people. I cannot recommend them enough, and should I ever need storage in Oakville again I will be back immediately without a second thought. I wish I could leave them better than 5 stars :)

2 thumbs up? ? Helped my dad move into his storage unit the other day, this place is great, from the front desk right to the worker in the back. I was blown away how clean it was. Curtis, who works behind the scenes was very helpful. He stopped what he was doing and helped pick up things i dropped off my cart and showed us to our unit. Its guys like him that make the experience a difference from others and standout. I also love how secure the units are. I am planning on switching to Apple.

Thank-you - seems to me to be excellent space available to rent storage space for relatively reasonable prices - check out promotions for best offers (like many places of course). First rate Customer Service, Amazing Staff & Exceptional Storage Facility. Bonnie & Amber were both superb & pleasant during the booking & check in procedure. They provided precise, detailed information. Ali is accomodating, he assisted me in locating my spot & made sure that the unit was in proper order. Anita is definitely top notch & very thoughtful when I made an error regarding my unit, she made sure that it is secure and went the extra mile to accomplish it. The Facility is well maintained, safe, secure, and spotless.

On the very first day my mom and I walked into the facility we were created very warmly. It was clean and pristine. This left us feeling very confident in our next step. All our questions were answered with a smile and were very clear on the details of renting a storage unit. We were shown examples of the sizes were were potentially looking for. I am very pleased to offer a stellar review of my experience with Apple Self Store (Oakville). I walked into the office for storage needs linked to impending moves from 2 universities to home (another province) armed with many details that I could not answer at this date and Sarah and Bonnie could not be more helpful, informative, flexible, and knowledgeable for our needs at this date and anticipated details that were brought to my attention for future consideration. They were professional and understanding and I am extremely happy with our experience. I would recommend this facility without any hesitation and with complete confidence that this crew will be able to address your storage needs . The facility is also very clean and was easy to access. There were carts provided to help us with our move which made things so much easier and quicker. The security level was also phenomenal. Additionally when accessing on the weekends or after business hours, it was easy to get in and out of our unit on our own. Thank you again Sarah and Bonnie. It was a pleasure to do business with you.
