There were several carts available to assist with transporting heavy items in and out of the storage locker. It was wonderful to have a heated storage locker. I felt my belongings were always safe and secure. I especially appreciated David, the site manager who provided outstanding service! His orientation on the first day was very thorough with respect to reviewing the contract step by step, providing me with a detailed tour of the facility, and a detailed explanation how to open and close my storage locker. David is very kind, friendly and professional. He provided an absolute amazing experience!

He doesn't rush you signing papers and takes time making sure you know what you are signing and understand it. Would recommend this location to anyone that has storage needs.

The Manager is so user friendly, helpful, patience and supportive. For a newcomer and first time user, he has given valuable advice to us. The space is located conveniently in the North side of Saint John. Accessing the premises is convenient and loading is easy and private. Security arrangement is perfect which comfort us a lot. Though we have rented the smallest one; it gives ample space to store what we need.

My Apple Self Storage experience at the Saint John, NB, North location has been excellent. I have had some great deals on both of my units which I signed up for online, thus getting really good web rates. Payment has very easy through e-transfer and my rates have not increased yet since I signed up in 2022. Though there will eventually be an increase in the fall, it is a very small increase and certainly more than fair considering that your costs have increased as well and will increase again here and there. It's also good to have plenty of notice because I have plenty of time to plan ahead for that increase in price. I love having 24 hour, 7 days a week access and my unit is very safe and secure. My unit is a great size , not only allowing me to store valuable things of my own, but also things I have purchased for friends of mine who are less fortunate, until I can give these things to them when its good for them, as I myself live in a somewhat small dwelling and wouldn't normally be able to keep that amount of stuff in there. Finally, I would like to say that I have been treated incredibly well by the manager, David Wells. He was a great help when I applied because I was experiencing some difficulty with the application process, because I was new to e-transfers and online payments, and I wasn't properly prepared; that was on me. He even went as far as to contact me when I left my storage unit unlocked once because I forgot to slide the latch to right before I put my combination lock on, and I gave him the combination. He unlocked the lock and then slid the latch over and locked it back up, though at my request he also took a picture of the contents of my unit and sent it tom via email to show that all of my stuff was still there. He also gave me great deal on an alternative unit when the second unit I signed up for had an issue when he went to inspect it, to make up for the inconvenience. He is always very friendly, sociable and approachable and I am always able to see him in his office during business hours and get answers to any questions I may have. I think that if it were feasible, he should be overseeing multiple sites in Saint John because I feel he is absolutely fantastic at his job. Thank You, Jason Belyea Saint John, New Brunswick
