Everyone has their own code to enter the exterior gate and inside loading docks with makes things easy for accessing. They offer dolly's to move your items to your locker which is very handy. The facility itself is extremely clean and well lit so you feel safe accessing your locker. I definitely recommend Apple Self Storage.

This place has the most incredible staff! My aunt was being moved into a senior's community but didn't want to let go of all her things. When I was looking for a storage unit, they were one of the only places that let me and my aunt tour the place, which really helped her settle into the idea. Rachel was such a big help convincing her that it was a safe space for us to store her furniture and larger items! I can't thank them enough for making this transition easier for the whole family.

Rachel was incredibly helpful every step of the way and encouraged me to stop by and visit the facility. Getting the unit was easy, got a tour of the place and and was all set up promptly. Great, accommodating staff. Jon and James are super communicative and helpful- they make the experience so easy! The space is warm, clean and very quiet. They will work with you to make sure you feel comfortable with the space, give great advice on what size you'd need (you don't feel like you're being upsold). I would highly recommend. And there's a washroom on site should you need to spend time organizing. Have had to use storage in another spaces and not had them be nearly as accomodating as this place. It is also well lit, so you do feel safe when you're there if you require evening access.
