Guelph Gryphons Homecoming Giveaway

Official Contest Rules

Sponsor: Apple Self Storage, Guelph location (110 Stevenson St S, Guelph, ON N1E 5N4)

Contest Period: Entries open upon posting of the official giveaway post on Instagram and close September 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are current or former Apple Self Storage customers and have reached the age of majority in their province of residence. Entrants must hold a public Instagram account to be eligible; entries from private accounts cannot be verified and will not be counted. Employees of Apple Self Storage and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, follow @applestoragecanada on Instagram and comment a football emoji (🏈) on the official Homecoming Giveaway post. Entrants may earn one bonus entry for each unique friend they tag in a comment on the giveaway post. Customers may also enter in store at the Apple Self Storage Guelph location by purchasing an add-on packing supply, which earns 10 entries per qualifying purchase. Only entries submitted through the official Instagram giveaway post or recorded at the Guelph location for a qualifying in-store purchase will be counted.

 

Prize

One winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the University of Guelph Gryphons Homecoming football game, held September 26, 2026 at Alumni Stadium, kickoff 1:00 p.m. The prize has no cash equivalent, is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for another prize. Apple Self Storage is not responsible for any tickets once they have been picked up by the winner, or for any changes to the game date, time, or venue made by the University of Guelph or Gryphon Athletics.

Winner Selection and Notification

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries, including bonus entries, on September 22, 2026. The winner will be notified by a reply comment on the giveaway post and by Instagram Direct Message. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, Apple Self Storage reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize Pickup

The winner must pick up their tickets in person at the Apple Self Storage Guelph location (110 Stevenson St S, Guelph, ON N1E 5N4) by 6:00 p.m. on September 25, 2026. Tickets not picked up by this deadline will be forfeited, and Apple Self Storage reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner or to retain it. Photo ID matching the entrant's name may be required at pickup.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these rules and to Apple Self Storage's decisions, which are final in all matters relating to this contest. Apple Self Storage reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this contest at any time without notice. Entry information is collected solely to administer this contest and will not be used for other purposes without consent. This contest is administered by Apple Self Storage; the University of Guelph and Gryphon Athletics are not responsible for its administration.
