This is an amazing place - very friendly staff - customers are very respectful and friendly as well. Both the staff members are amazing - helpful - accommodating - very easy to contact and always willing to help. The office is open during business hours and they are always on site - there will always be a staff member in the office to answer your questions. The facility is very well maintained and clean. Perfectly good storage experience. Place was clean, always enough carts. Good location. Simon and Luisa were always very helpful. I would suggest the addition of a keypad for entry at the front, left door for easier access outside of office hours for access to units at the front of the building. Can be a long, circuitous walk, especially when you need quick access for things that don't require a cart.

This facility is so friendly and helpful. I have used Apple Storage in the past and when I found out this was managed by them I knew I was in good hands. Dealing with Luisa whom is the site manager was an absolute pleasure and she made it a stress free sign up. She put me in a unit really close to the elevators so that it would be easy for my move when I asked about boxes she had a whole display out in front and even gave me a discount for spending over $40! Good and HELPFUL customer service is rare to find so I wouldn’t look any further, this is an amazing location.

My family has used this place multiple times over the years and it has always been a great experience. I have used U-Haul storage facilities in the past but I was often unhappy for various reasons. Non of those were an issue here. Simon at the front desk is super helpful. The location is clean and well organized. They have dolys to help move items and a freight elevator for easy access. I'd recommend this facility to anyone.

My husband and I were pleased to discover this location at chesswood and finch which was much closer to our residence. As an added bonus we were thrilled when we met the staff. The manager, Luisa, was incredibly welcoming and the assistant manager Simon was very accommodating when picking out our locker. They both made us feel like we were part of the Centron family! After moving our stuff in I do have a comment about the flooring. Lots of bumps and if you pile your cart high you may lose stuff. Freight elevator is nice and large but can be a bit tricky to operate, assuming the last people closed all the doors. They have carts to use and Simon even brought me a bottle of water. Nice place

Speaking of above and beyond, today a pallet of our stuff came two days early and they unloaded and brought it up to our unit.
