Once you’ve returned from the store and the thrill of releasing a shiny new item from its tightly-wrapped confines has passed, you’re left with an unsightly mishmash of plastic, paper and cardboard. If you’re like most people, the first instinct is disposal. But if you can look to the future, you’ll see the value in a simple cardboard box—especially if your future holds self storage or moving.
As part of a company-wide fundraising event running until the end of November, Apple Self Storage will reserve a portion from every new move-in and donate the proceeds to the ABLE Network. Each of Apple’s storage facilities is participating in the charity drive, and together they hope to generate $6,000 by the end of November.
