Apple is brilliant, and I recommend them most highly. Their customer service is faultless (truly!!!), their facilities are immaculate, the loading docks are roomy, the downtown location is hella convenient (albeit a bit pricey vs something in markham). There can be occasional elevator or dolly waits - nothing over a few minutes - this simply reflects an excellent facility in use by many happy customers.

I had heard many horror stories regarding storage units but at Atcan (Thorne Ave, Saint John, NB) it has only been positive feedback. The staff is friendly, always smiling and ready to give a hand if need be. The units are clean and dry (I have had both an 8x10 and a 6x8) and the prices are reasonable. I really like the fact I can drive right into the facilitiy so weather is never an issue. Lori at the Fredericton location has been incredible to deal with. She is very friendly and sincere and for us, has been extremely helpful with our storage issues. Even when we realized at the last minute that we did not have sufficient storage space reserved prior to arrival, she immediately arranged for an additional unit which enabled us to unload our entire truck in one instance. She also temporarily provided us with a padlock which we had overlooked as being required. This location is a excellent location....close to everything.
