Leadership Profiles

Philip Allan, President.  A resident of Aurora, ON., responsible for business development, acquisitions and strategic planning.  With a long experience in sales and marketing roles, Phil is focused on sensible growth and implementation of new business initiatives that will allow improved service and product offerings.

Scott Allan, CA, Vice-President Finance and Operations.  A resident of Aurora, ON., responsible for the financial operations and daily site operations.  Scott remains focused on ensuring that the company runs profitably, meets its financial obligations and that the company customer base are regularly satisfied with their storage experience.

Jeff Allan, Vice-President Development. A resident of Aurora, ON, responsible for new developments and construction.  Implementing new technologies ensures that customer storage experiences are positive and facilities are maintained to the high standard expected by our customers.

Michael Naoum, General Manager.  A resident of Maple, ON, responsible for the planning and operating activities of all Ontario, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick sites.  With 10 years experience in the industry, Michael is dedicated to ensuring that all customers routinely enjoy the efficiency and effectiveness of his storage locations.

Joshua Barratt, CGA, Corporate Controller.  A resident of Newmarket, responsible for all internal and external financial reporting, government compliance and budgeting. Joshua has 15 years of progressive financial reporting experience and ensures strong financial controls are in place for the company and is a valuable resource to site associates.
